INFOLKS recruitment drive is a two step procedure. First step is a Computer Based Assessment and the second step consists of a Group Discussion(GD) and Face to Face (F2F) interview for the selected candidates. Both the rounds may occur on the same day or can be on different days which will be informed accordingly.
Computer Based Assessment consists of two sub sections. 1)Image annotation round and 2)PR/R&D round(in general). Image annotation remains a common assessment round for any candidates and the other round depends on the job role that you have applied. If you have applied for PR/R&D, and Business Development Executive(BDE) you will be having a PR round. And if you have opted for Full Stack Developer(FSD) you will be having a coding section.
Questions asked for Computer Based Assessment depends on the job title that you have applied. For the PR/R&D and Business Development Executive, questions consist of content writing tasks. For the Full Stack Developer, questions consist of programming aptitude and coding section. For the Junior Executive, exam consists of an image annotation round.
Image annotation/labeling test is conducted to analyze your quick learning and adaptability skills. The task of this round is to annotate or label the images provided to you. Complete guidelines for the round will be detailed to you on the interview day prior to the test.
The PR/R&D round consist of questions prepared to evaluate your language, communication and writing skills, research capacities, etc. The test will comprise of 4 questions including an essay question[topics relating to company’s service niche](15), mail preparation(7), Create a headline question(5), and an aptitude question(3). In addition your language skills(10) is also evaluated based on your answers, summing to a total of 40 marks in the round. A minimum of 20 marks is required to qualify the round. Also you will not be allowed to refer the internet under any circumstances, so brush up on your writing and language skills to pass the test.
Every aspect of the candidates participating in the recruitment drive will be evaluated. Among them dress code and punctuality is an important one. Candidates with proper and formal dressings will have more priority and better chance of getting selected to the company.

If you are selected to the next level of recruitment drive you will be informed regarding the next stages of the procedure within 2-3 days. The message will be shared with you through both mail and telephonic conversation.
Candidates who have cleared Image annotation round will be directly selected for the Face to Face(F2F) interview. Candidates attempting and clearing the PR/Coding round will also have a Group Discussion(GD) in addition to the Face to Face(F2F) interview.
There are no particular post interview procedures. However, you will receive a mail for the Company detailing your offer letter, documents to be submitted while joining and joining date. You are only asked to follow the guidelines outlined in this post interview mail.
Any candidate selected to join the Company will receive an offer letter detailing the joining date and venue through mail. The date of joining can vary according to the company’s work requirements.
We usually don’t entertain any delays in the procedure. In the case of any emergencies you may inform our HR team by either mail/call three days prior to the joining date.
Selected employees will undergo a training period of 2 months duration from the date of joining. During this period your performance will be evaluated at different levels and your continued employment solely depends on your probationary performance.
There isn’t any monetary/certification bonds or other compulsions for your employment at INFOLKS. However, we advise every employee not to leave the company immediately. It is also mandatory to give one month notice period before your resignation.

If you have applied for multiple posts and got selected for both you will be asked for your preferences. Based on your choice you will be joining the respective team.
